I had got the Wolf Throws and Tee Shirts up on the walls and windows and the Tables about to be set up our Artist for tonight walked into the hall stage was ready for him to set up and do a Sound Check, while I got the Tables finished off then ANGELA and KEITH from the GOLDEN SPURS C.M.C. walked into the hall and helped to the Table Lights and Chairs out, so everything was ready for the off. Start time rolled round and time for me to bring on stage MARTIN JAYE and away he went with “Send Me The Pillow” and “All My X’s Live In Texas” then along came “Two Horses” onto “Laid Back In Low Key” off to met the “Working Man” who had a “Tear In My Beer” MARTIN moved onto a couple of slow numbers “I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry” and “Life Turned Her That Way” then it was off to “Luckenback Texas” where the “Ladies Love Outlaws” and MARTIN closed the spot with “Working On My Next Broken Heart”.

Time during the break for me to do the “WHATS on LIST” and after a short break time for me to bring back on stage MARTIN JAYE who was having a “Waltz Across Texas” onto “Cheating Heart” and “Hey Good Looking ” on with “Please Help Me I’m Falling”. MARTIN then moved onto “Singing The Blues”, “Lovebug” ,”Setting The Woods On Fire” and “My Shoes Keep Walking By To You”. We all heard “Ramblin’ Man” “Together Again” “Your My Best Friend” and closed with “Some Broken Hearts”.

The “Gang” then do the RAFFLE DRAW, with this done time for me for the final time tonight to bring back MARTIN JAYE who started with a ”Bit of Willie” up went the tempo with “Don’t Rock The Jukebox” along with “Bad Moon Rising” onto “Trail Of Tears” along with “Guitar Town” and “Guitars, Cadilacs and he moved onto “Don’t Think Hank Done It That Way” on with “Frame Of Mind” onto A Love As True As Mine” then along came “Imagine That” next there was “This Is Where The Cowboy Rides Away” and it was “This Highway” was the number that closed the show, it was very clear that I would have to ask MARTIN to do one for the road, and having ANGELA and KEITH here tonight gave me a chance to ask MARTIN to do “Friends In Low Places” and we all were treated to a Demo Dance from ANGELA and KEITH and some of our Dancers to do the Partner Dance to this number. I think you can all see from the Songs above MARTIN did a night of PURE COUNTRY MUSIC and this showed very well in his Body Language he really enjoyed what he was able to do throughout the evening and we all found out MARTIN is a True Waylon Jennings Fan. These are not my words tonight as all in the Hall said MARTIN had put on a BRILLIANT NIGHT of LIVE COUNTRY MUSIC and it was good to see a Singer do what he wanted to do, from the “GANG” Thank You MARTIN and again to all who supported “YOUR CLUB” by putting your “BUMS on SEATS” this is what is keeping the Club running. To MARTIN and MARIA just to say the LONE WOLF C.M.C. will not be changing at all this is what the people want and this is what the “GANG” aim to give them glad you enjoyed coming to the Club.
